Day Apparel and/or Casual Clothing: You may exchange for an alternate size, an item of equal or greater value. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached. To be eligible for a store exchange, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to get a Return Authorization (RA) number. You must ship the item back to us via UPS or FedEx within 48 hours of receiving your RA #. Any order without an RA # will be refused. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on exchanges. GGM will cover one free shipping on an exchange item leaving our store; however, any additional exchanges or returns will incur a ground shipping charge.

If the item you order is unavailable at the time you place your order, GGM will fill your order by your wear date. If your selected item in your size and color is not available by your wear date, we will notify you within 48 business hours. We will cancel your order.

CHECK THE APPROPRIATE DESIGNER’S SIZE CHART. ORDER ACCORDING TO THE LARGEST MEASUREMENT, SINCE YOU CAN ALWAYS ALTER TO MAKE YOUR DRESS SMALLER.

BUST: Measure the fullest part of your bust. Position the tape around the fullest part of the bust and back. Then, be sure your arms are positioned at your side before reading the final measurement.

WAIST: Measure the natural waistline – above the naval and below the ribcage. (Usually it is the natural indentation above hip bones.) If you have a hard time finding your natural waistline, stand with your feet slightly apart and bend to the side. Where your waist creases is your natural waistline.

HIP: Stand with your feet slightly apart and measure the fullest part of your hips.

OTHER TIPS:
Keep the measuring tape parallel to the floor.
Measurements should be taken in the undergarments that you will wear with your chosen garment.

Most formals need alterations. Every designer has his/her own size chart. Please be sure to view the size chart of your dress’s designer. If you are between sizes, ALWAYS go up to the larger size.

Your estimated ship date is the approximate day the dress is scheduled to leave GGM. This can vary by a day or two. Please note this is NOT your delivery date. It is the date we are receiving the dress from the warehouse and plan to ship it to you.
